When not selling real estate, Spencer can be found either climbing Mt. Blanc in France or enjoying the fresh Utah Snow at any ski resort with his wife. He graduated from the University of Utah with a dual degree in Economics and Communications. Spencer is a salesman through and through, he enjoys the prospecting part of the job and feels the more peopel he can talk to, the faster a home will sell. When not spending time with his wife and 4 daughters, Vic can always be found riding his bike or snowboarding somewhere in the Wasatch Mountains. Vic graduated with a degree from the University of Utah in Consumer and Community Studies, with a Business Minor. Vic has extensive knowledge in the sales industry, where he managed over 20 sales executives with sales surpassing 54 Million annually. Vic joined the Utah Cribs team and brought with him this vast knowledge. He is an asset that is an integral part of the team. Vic is commonly referred to as "everyone's friend," a people person, and loves the personal interaction Real Estate provides. Vic specializes in Investment Real Estate. Peter was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology and is a die hard Ute fan. He is a proud father to his daughter and 2 boys, and has been happily married to his beautiful wife for over 10 years. After graduating college Peter secured a job with a top corporation in the Auto Insurance Industry and spent the next 5 years helping injury victims evaluate and negotiate their settlements. Peter's skills in negotiating and problem solving were greatly enhanced during this time and would later serve him well when he joined his lifelong friend as a member of the Utah Cribs Team. Peter has helped many friends and family buy and sell real estate. In addition to traditional buyers and sellers, Peter specializes in short sale processing and negotiations as well as evaluating investment properties. When not working on files in the office or out showing homes to clients he can be found hanging out with his family and spending time in the mountains.

David grew up in Athens, Georgia. He began his real estate career in 2009 by remodeling a 1920’s bungalow in Memphis, Tennessee. David currently focuses on the distinct housing needs of busy healthcare professionals. David has a degree in Health Administration, knowledge of construction, landscape and interior design, and a passion for real estate. George Reade heralds from Southern California, where he attended school before spending 6 years in the military. Subsequently, after spending more than 30 years in the automobile business, George moved to Utah with his family and entered the Real Estate business. He has spent the last 15 years with the Utah Cribs Team and Prudential Utah Real Estate, whom he credits for his successes.
George is active in his church and is most grateful for his wonderful wife, Mary, and their 4 children and 7 grand children. He and his wife enjoy playing golf, swimming, and traveling.
George can't say enough about the wonderful brokers, agents, and clients he has met while providing Real Estate services. Adam is the owner of Breen Homes. Over the past decade he's built everything from track housing to high end custom homes valued over $5,000,000. Adam graduated from the University of Utah, and found he had a passion for not just swinging a hammer but for designing a project, making it unique and doing it right; on-time, on budget. Although young Adam has an extensive knowledge of the home building industry from land layout to framing onto design and final touches. Having been a head foremen for a large production builder for over 5 years, he oversaw the construction of 35-50 homes a year. His experience ranges from your starter home town homes and all the way up to multi-million dollar properties like the house he built for the 2013 Parade of Homes or the contemporary one he's doing this fall up Emigration Canyon. Adam is an integral partner of the Utah Cribs Development Company. His ability to walk a client through the entire process from the right land to design and then construction has been a huge asset to the team.
