Brand new custom home built home. This will be a one of a kind subdivision with 4 different custom homes. All will be built within the next 12 months. Construction is starting on 2 of the homes within the next 30 days. Plans are set, however some color choices and finishes can be selected. Brand new subdivision so taxes have not been assessed yet.
